Too much sunlight can lead to skin cancer, sunburn, and a heightened risk of skin discoloration and wrinkles. Be sure to always wear sunscreen at SPF 50 or higher and don’t stay out in the sun for too long. Also wear protective clothing when possible, to avoid too much exposure.

5. Check Your Skin Often for Skin Cancer

It is important to be aware of any changes on your skin. Call your doctor right away if you notice any changes that concern you. It is better to be cautious rather than ignoring any potential problems.
