Work at the direction of the Director of Franchise Discovery according to the scheduled duties. Ensures In Home Personal Services Development, LLC (IHPSD) and its franchisees are compliant with all applicable federal, state, and  local  laws  while  conducting  the  promotion,  marketing,  sales,  and  purchase  of  IHPS’s  franchise  business.  Oversee  the  management  of  customer  meads,  databases,  CRM,  and  lead  generation  analytics.  Ensures  all  service provided is completed according to IHPS standards and expectations.

Education/Years of Work Experience

  • Before joining the IHPS-D team, Sarah spent over 10 years providing direct care as an LPN and two years prior as a CNA. Caring for people, specifically the geriatric population, is near and dear to Sarah and has applied the very same principles of care and compassion with working with potential IHPS franchisees through their discovery process

Your Goals and Aspirations

Sarah aspires to inspire and hopes to leave a positive impact on whoever she meets – this can be either personal and/or professional. A huge professional goal would be to see all the IHPS franchisees (and future franchisees) continue to flourish as they provide exceptional care to communities throughout the entire country… and then making an international impact!

our story

In Home Personal Services began in January 2004, founded by Michael A. Collura working with his own Mother to provide quality care to seniors who wished to remain in the comfort of their own home.

We understood early on the challenges facing many seniors and their families when it came to aging and the desire to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle in the comfort of one’s familiar surroundings.

In Home Personal Service was formed with the belief that home care should be tailored to meet the individual needs of every client. It has remained our mission, to ensure the client and their family receive the highest level of quality care.

Many challenges were faced along the way including new laws and regulations for standards of quality care introduced by State authorities in 2008. Michael and the IHPS team were already operating well above these new standards, proving their mission was a success as they had not only met the standards of quality care issued by the regulatory authorities, they had exceeded them.

Today Michael continues his mission and In Home Personal Services has grown not just in its native State of Illinois, but throughout the United States.
