Job Description:

Requirements:

• No experience required with the right attitude
• Must complete at least 8 hours of training annually as required by the IDPH Administrative Code or maintain certification under the Health Care Worker Registry as a Certified Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with the IDPH Service Definitions and Limitations under the Illinois Administrative Code Section 245.40
• Assist IHPS clients with activities of daily living ensuring both the safety of the client while encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible
• Observe for changes in client condition and report all observations and concerns to the Supervisor
• Provide timely, accurate and thorough documentation of observations, changes in condition, and/or occurrences in accordance with IHPS policies and procedures
• Maintain daily time records according to company policies and guidelines
• Participate in all mandatory in-services, meetings and quality assurance reviews as requested by state regulations or company policy
